weapons of mass destruction

Writer's picture: andreanna perezandreanna perez

when did a kiss become a gun's equivalent?

if i shot you right now, you'd bleed.

if i kissed you right now, you wouldn't feel a thing for two weeks.

but when the fourteenth day comes around,

you'll feel shortness of breath.

you'll feel tired.

you'll feel regret.

you might even die.

when did holding your hand become a tripwire?

a catalyst for an entire generation's disappearance?

when did a six foot circle become the standard?

when did the classroom become a computer?

when did seeing friends become forbidden?

when did our bodies become

weapons of mass destruction?
